We are looking for a Customer Service Center Representative to join our team. He/She will provide a single contact point for all Vivo Energy Madagascar customers, where ‘One Call Does It All’, irrespective of the nature: orders, requests, maintenances, complaints, quotations.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage orders request at every stage (from insertion to invoiced deliveries) by working closely with all stakeholders to meet customer requirements and internal service level agreement.
- Work within a busy team environment and actively use available systems and tools to keep customer data up to date.
- Manage tickets and calls assigned to self by pro-actively chase the Most Appropriate Service Provider for any requests or claims, in a very timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer service excellence through constant relationship feedback and only close open requests when the customer is satisfied.
- Ability to act as a Key Account partner (for a specified area or customers channels) when required to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure that procedures are applied regarding orders and requests to support the business (invoice dispatch, Master Data compliance, records management, quotation)
- Carry out market research/intelligence and contribute to the business growth through telemarketing prospection and cross selling.
Requirements
Job knowledge, Skills amp; Experiences
- Master’s degree in Sales amp; Marketing, business administration, international trade or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer relationship, services, or sales.
- Ability to work in a team and multi-task.
- Organized and ability to deliver under pressure.
- Attention to details and good listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
