We are looking for a competent Works amp; Maintenance Supervisor to supervise, develop and improve maintenance activities on retail and consumer sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are done in line with agreed KPIs (quality and timeline). You will implement different operational retail and consumer strategies with a customer focus and cost optimization mindset and would be accountable that repair and maintenance of all retail and consumer sites are done in compliance with the Group HSSE policies amp; local legislation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure programmed visits on: minor or major maintenance work, civil works, repair and improvement on existing buildings, storage, equipment replacement, electrical installation, etc
- Elaborate improvement programs with the sales team under the control and supervision of the engineering manager and the business responsible.
- Supervise and control preventive maintenance through periodic visits with different contractors.
- Ensure company assets integrity. Keep updated records on equipment transfers
- Contribute to periodic inventory on company assets.
- Ensure that company HSSE policy is known, understood and adhered by all contractors and service suppliers.
- Ensure that contractors and service suppliers working on sites possess a permit to work and implement the permit to works requirements.
- Supervise ongoing works and intervene in unsafe situations.
- Plan regular HSSE sessions with contractors.
- Monitor contractors'key performance indicators
Requirements
- Civil works/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer
- Have maintenance background and experience in oil industry
- Understanding of Retail amp; Commercial business
- HSSE culture and knowledge
- Have a great eye for detail
- Have a customer focus
