Sales Development Representative (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for Camaloon
- Scheduling opportunity’s calls for the Business Manager
- Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Marketing directors) in Target Accounts
- Evangelizing the importance of Merchandising in marketing events
- Leveraging your teammates (BM) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
- Maintaining an activity volume of 80+ calls/emails per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
- Meeting or exceeding your quota
- Recording and documenting all calls and communications in CRM to identify trends for improvement
- Monitoring social networks such as Linkedin for sales opportunities and leads
- Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
B2B Sales Specialist (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Wholesale trading of Merchandise products in Europe
- Hit sales targets in the B2B sector and ensure brand expansion
- Identify prospective customers, market areas and grow overall sales and profitability of the company
- Presentation of product portfolio during customer calls, meetings
- Follow-ups of all existing inquiries as well as create new B2B customers
- Negotiate offers, close deals and become the primary point of contact for the first customers' order
- Close collaboration with our Operation team to ensure that customers receive quality products and service
- Work in close coordination with our Sales director
- Preparation of sales reports
- Identify opportunities to grow through tradeshows, expos and distributorships
Customer Experience (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Communication with a portfolio of clients
- Answering customer queries and complaints via email, chat and/or telephone
- Accomplishing results on your own and with your team
- Inbound and outbound call handling to deliver consistent results (cross-selling/overselling)
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for people to work remotely from anywhere in Madagaskar
- French as native/high-level language and fluency in another one
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy
- Proactivity
- Previous experience in Sales is not a must-have, but a big plus!
Qualifications:
- You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
Requirements:
- Firm commitment for a long term cooperation
- Knowledge of another European language will be considered an advantage

- You are available to work from Monday to Friday (8h/day)
